"Members of Ulster Hose Fire and Mobile Life Support arrived a short time later and continued life saving efforts," Brennan wrote."If it were not for the action of the Ulster Police Department and especially Officer Stroh, the victim surely would have perished at the scene," he wrote. "I am by no means downplaying the everyday accomplishments of the emergency services community. However, there are instances that are extraordinary and this is one of them."The school bus with a ruptured antifreeze line that sent one student to the hospital last week has been taken out of service.Bus No. 23,China Fuel and Oil hosess manufacturers which carries Maple Ridge Elementary School children, is no longer in service after an inspection by Indiana State Police on Monday.
"It's been taken out of service until we can fix it," said Mark Matlock, director of support services for South Madison Community Schools. On Nov. 15, an antifreeze line connected to a heating box under a seat ruptured, burning a fifth-grader's leg and flooding the bus floor. The students were evacuated from the bus, and no one else suffered any burns.Matlock said the inspection showed the hose had warped just before it entered the heater box under a seat. Usually the hoses run along the side of the bus and are covered in case they do rupture. Matlock said the hose blew in the one spot it wasn't covered up."I've never seen anything like that happen since I've been here," Matlock said. "It was a first for our mechanic, too."
Matlock said the bus will be repaired and then put back into service. It was unclear what caused the rupture. Matlock said it could have been a number of things, including old age.Bus 23 was commissioned in 2008,China Chemical hosess manufacturers which puts it less than halfway through its life. Matlock said their buses typically have a 12-year life cycle."We've had hoses on buses last for the whole 12 years," Matlock said. "This was an isolated incident; they always are."The buses are inspected by state police in the spring. Because of a decrease in the number of inspectors, Matlock said a third of their buses are checked in February, March and April. Bus 23 was inspected on March 11 and received clearance.

Select a proper hose for pneumatic tools
Before selecting the type of air hose, consider the type of pneumatic tools you plan to use and the length of hose you need. These factors can determine how well the air tool operates. An air hose size is designated by the inside diameter of the hose, even though the outside may look the same. The most common sizes are 1/4 and 3/8 inch inside diameters.A tool that uses a lot of compressed air volume will need a 3/8-inch hose. The label on the tool should list its airflow requirement. In order to save weight and cost, some people use a combination of hose materials. A typical setup is 25 feet of heavy 3/8-inch rubber hose with another 10 feet of lightweight plastic hose between it and the tool.
PVC air hose is one of the newest hose materials that is less expensive than good-quality rubber hose. It is lighter than rubber, which can be a significant advantage if you are working off the ground. The exterior is smooth,Grain oil hoses suppliers so it will not damage wood trim, and it can easily be cleaned. A 50-foot 3/8-inch hose should cost from $10 to $20.Another new material for air hoses is polyurethane. Its cost, from $30 to $65 for 50 feet, is significantly higher than other hose materials, but it is the favorite choice of many professionals. It weighs less than half as much as a rubber air hose and two-thirds as much as PVC. It is durable, but you should handle it with care because it has a tendency to kink or twist.
For indoor jobs near the compressor, an inexpensive nylon hose is a good option. It is usually sold in 1/4-inch diameter and coiled. This makes it easy to store by the compressor and it is lightweight and easy to keep clean.Hard work, strong leadership and community have brought Biglerville Hose & Truck Company #1 from its humble beginning with only a hand-drawn hose cart to what it has grown into today with a fleet of quality apparatus manned by well-trained firefighters. As the fire company marks its 100th anniversary, a celebration was held Sunday at the South Main Street, Biglerville firehouse with many longtime members,Tank truck hoses suppliers dignitaries, firefighters and community members present for the festivities.

Blogger May Wish To Rethink Calling Rep
Some people get pretty worked up about Obamacare. Here, for instance, is Jeff Goldstein, the proud proprietor of ProteinWisdom.com, explaining to civil rights legend John Lewis that YUH HUH Obamacare IS TOO SLAVERY, and also that John Lewis is a "parasite" — you know who else called people "parasites"? — and a disgrace to the civil rights movement, and that he should go fuck himself. We are going to skip past his assertion that the Tea Party fights for "the epistemology of the Enlightenment," because it made our brain kill itself. Here, look for yourself! You sir, are a disgrace to the civil rights movement, a disgrace to the seriousness of the historic fight for equal rights for blacks led by Republicans, a disgrace to those you purport to represent, yet upon whose ignorance and perpetually stoked victimization you continue to prey. I despise people like you.
You've turned a past injustice into a cottage race industry upon which you live like a parasite. And your attempts to tether that past injustice to those of us who today fight for the freedom and autonomy of the individual to resist the oppression of the state suggests that it is you, sir, who today carries the fire hoses and have shown yourself willing, time and again, to release the dogs against those who oppose your designs on their liberty. In short, you are an opportunistic relic who, your protestations to the contrary, has become a bane to the very progress of the people your purport to speak for. So go fuck yourself.
No, "slavery" was when John Lewis crushed the rights of Sovereign Citizens to control their own states and buses and lunch counters, by forcing them to enter into contracts with and serve negroes. Why did John Lewis insist on enslaving all those lunchcounter owners who were just minding their own business beating up negroes like John Lewis? Why did John Lewis turn his fire-hose on them, by making them serve grilled cheese sandwiches equally to patrons without regard to race or creed?Of course, Jeff Goldstein is a blogger and "sometime fiction writer," which on its face means he has done more for civil rights than having been a freedom rider, and also being jailed and beaten for being a freedom rider, and then getting elected to Congress.

Tyler Children's Park to host 10th Annual 'Christmas in the Park'
Mika estimated startup costs of $250,000 for initial inventory for hose and couplings, along with first-year operating cost and having a sizable amount of available warehouse space. Successful industrial hose distributors also typically have staff dedicated to that part of the business."If you're going to put in part-time focus, you're going to get part-time results," he said. "You're either in the industrial hose business or you're not. You have to stock common products, and you have to make the commitment for the people and the resources to make sure they are properly trained."Buzz Hooper of Rubber & Accessories Inc. said he started in the business with a manufacturer and got to visit distributors all over the U.S.
"I saw what a good distributor was and what a bad distributor was China Low Temperature hoses manufacturers," he said. "It's a very good business to be in, but just make sure you're ready to make that commitment because you can't be in industrial hose half way."Eaton also provides support to its distributors by making sure that both outside and inside sales staff are trained on new products. The firm also works with either NAHAD or coupling manufacturer partners to ensure proper training on couplings is provided. Its first choice in looking to add industrial hose distributors is to work with established Eaton distributors, according to Mika. The company has established Aeroquip and Weatherhead distributors for hydraulic lines, and the goal is to get them to convert to Eaton industrial hose if they currently sell another brand or to teach those not in the business what it takes to enter the sector.
Ed Fabacher of Fabacher Inc. said for those in the fluid conveyance industry, it is easy to incorporate industrial hose into the business. "I encourage you to do so because I think you'd find the profitability would be very astounding." A few years ago I wrote about my never-ending search for the perfect garden hose,Grain oil hoses suppliers meaning one that did not continually kink.I wrote about how tired I was of spending a significant amount of money on a hose that supposedly would never kink only to have it do just that every time I used it.So last spring I was thrilled when I began to see TV commercials for a new kind of garden hose that was supposedly magic.

'As seen on TV' magic garden hose a bust
When the man on the commercial turned off the water, the magic hose began to shrivel up until it was nearly as small as when he first hooked it to the spigot. While I was impressed by this hose's magic expanding and contracting act, I was even more taken by the commercial's promise that this hose was very light and would never kink.Light is good. We have lots of plants at the back of our yard, and it takes about 75 feet of hose to reach them. Rolling 75 feet of regular garden hose back onto a reel is hard work.We decided to spend $20 for one of these miracle hoses. If it lived up to the promises made on TV, we would buy more.I hooked it to the spigot and turned on the water. Sure enough the ball of hose quickly expanded to its 25-foot length. It was extremely light and never kinked. So we bought two more.
Yes, $60 is a significant investment for garden hoses, but even at 75 feet it was extremely easy to maneuver around the yard. And no kinks and no need to roll it back onto a reel. All was well until one day in August when my wife, Brenda, was out watering flowers. She hadn't been out very long when she came back inside and said, "We have a problem."She told me how the water pressure had suddenly dropped. When she turned around, she watched a spot on the middle section of the hose suddenly grow into a huge water balloon before quickly popping.Funny, they never showed that magic trick on the TV commercials.Upon closer inspection of the blown-out section, I discovered that our magic hose was nothing more than paper thin plastic tubing wrapped with loose-fitting material.
Needless to say, I was heartbroken. Yes, the hose was light and never even thought about kinking. But it exploded after fewer than 20 uses.We have continued to use the remaining two sections of the magic hose, but I don't expect them to last past next spring. Another $60 wasted on garden hose. But no more. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me 10 or 12 times, shame on me.From now on the only garden hose I'm using is Mother Nature. She, too, is extremely light and never kinks. She's also free.I'm turning all watering duties over to her. If she wants our flowers to live, she'll water them; if she doesn't, she won't.
