OKC Parents Accused Of Beating Kids With Vacuum Hose, Rope

The Oklahoma County District Attorney has charged a pair of parents with child abuse after their daughter accused the couple of beating her and her siblings.The 14-year-old girl told police her parents Vidal Bonilla and Vitalina Lopez came home on June 27, High Temperature hoses and became angry when they discovered an uncle helping her, and her 10-year-old brother and 4-year-old sister, clean the house.

The teen said Bonilla and Lopez began hitting all the children with a long piece of rope, a belt with a large buckle,Low Temperature hoses and the cord and hose from a vacuum cleaner. The children also reported being punched and kicked.Officers noted in a police report that the children were covered in abrasions and welts.Both Bonilla and Lopez were charged with one count each of child abuse.

Stang, it is called a beating if it leads to long term marks. I am not talking about a red spot or something. If there is a full force bruise, lacerations or such, it is abuse. If it fades in 15 or 20 minutes, not so much. Covered in abrasions and welts??? that's not discipline, that's excessive.
