These types of hose or stockings offer support for the tired veins in the legs and for the small valves, creating an atmosphere where your legs can function and circulate blood normally. You can avoid some of the problems associated with circulation problems by making sure your staying away from saturated fats, which can harden the veins and arteries. Also, by making sure your exercising regularly, at least three times a week, and allowing movement through small controlled exercise during prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
